what does one do when they feel as if Master is getting uninterested? is losing interest in treating and punishing and overall submission of their slave/sub? but, still interesting in being that way with someone else? what can one do to spark interest? to re-kindle intrigue? thanks ~edited for a typo or two..lol...

Greetings lass, Have you tried introducing new kinks or rituals. Have you limited yourself from your Master?

I'd suggest talking to him. Maybe something unrelated to the relationship is occupying his mind. Maybe, he wants to try something and isn't sure how to broach it to you. Maybe he feels the same thing you do and also doesn't have an idea. At least then there will be two of you working on it.

Have you limited yourself from your Master? we havnt yet come to anything i dont like, or am unwilling to do, most unwillingness i have for anything is normal, and part of our playtime. we laid out the many things i had done, was willing to do, and hadnt done yet but wanted to and things i was unwilling to do. the things i simply dont want He has agreed to, and isn't into either, so it worked out.

He hasn't seemed to want me there lately, and when i try He tells me to go do something else. i am no longer being punished, no longer being rewarded, no longer being used, not even for sex, let alone slave work and worship. but, i do want to continue as His.

At least then there will be two of you working on it. i have brought it up, last night i did, even. what i got was an "I dont know why", and not much more words thereafter. when it is brought up, in any context and setting, this is usually His response. that's what i am hoping someone can help me answer. the not knowing why part. maybe if i had a few different reasons, i could ask Him those directly. or, maybe i could understand better.

Perhaps he hasn't lost intrest, but is just using you as he sees fit for the moment. Maybe he is waiting to see if you will speak up, or won't speak up. Everything in life is a test, whether we know it or not. Just something to think about in addition to the great advise posted so far. Good luck to you on your journey,wherever it leads. Then you must learn to serve without the rewarded of his desire for your service. If he is your master, you must do as he wishes. If, right now, he wishes to make no use of you at all, so be it. That is certainly his right. If, however, you feel that you only wish to serve one that wants to use you as a slave, then you might need to start thinking about moving on. This is very common in all relationships and kink ones too. Ever notice how many non poly, married, Dom/sub couples also have a list of submissives they 'play' with quite often? It's easy to spice things up with a new face whose not going to leave hair in the sink. How long have you been together? If it's months something dramatic is wrong. If it's years, he's lost interest because its old. People tend to deny this is the problem up front but it usually is the core of it. If it's because it's old then you can always learn new tricks.
