Ball 'busting' is something I regularly practise, Myunitnl and there are some things you need to be aware of: 1. Any kind of ball stretching activity has the potential to decrease fertility. My own boy, who is 25 now, had to think long/hard about whether he wanted to pursue ballbusting with me. He's now a very experienced practitioner so you can see which decision he came to, thankfully! 2. The testes are housed in their own slippery, protective sacs within the scrotum. They can take an incredible amount of impact b/c the impact is decreased considerably as they move about. If the testes are tied off so that they can't move about, they then absorb the full impact of the blows and the potential for damage is increased. 3. Understand your anatomy, research the area you are offering up for play thoroughly. Learn where veins/arteries are situated and what steps you should take in an emergency. If you experience a sharpness of pain that does not decrease after a short while of the activity stopping, do seek medical attention. 4. If the testes are stood on/crushed you suffer the risk of rupture of one/both testes depending on the amount of pressure applied to them. 5. Others have mentioned torsion of the testes. This can happen to ANY male regardless of activity he's undertaking. I've heard of men turning over in bed at night and suffering a torsion of the testes, and I have no reason to believe this risk is increased with CBT/BB activities than with general sports, but remember, there is still a risk. 6. If you do insert sharp implements into the scrotal sac, or the testes themselves, make sure the items are sterile (wear gloves). if you are using needles these come in their own sterile packaging. Once it is opened, they are no longer considered sterile. 7. Sharps bin - place all used needles immediately into a sharps bin (an empty coke bottle will suffice). Do not attempt to place the needle back into the plastic container you removed it from, this is how many poeple get pricked by a contaminated needle. 8. Do not use the same needle twice. There is so much more to ball 'busting' than punching, kneeing, kicking, crushing, etc... look into testicle milking (something I practice) and this article may be of interest to you: http://www.bizarremag.com/weird_world/body_world/5247/body_world.html
