What is your culinary claim to fame?
 
I have several recipes that I love to make and make well, but my best is my chicken matzoh ball soup.
 
I just made some today.

baked salmon
potato soup
crockpot meatloaf
potroast hamburgers
stir fried broccoli with garlic, ginger and chili flakes

everything i cook, i cook well, but those are my repeat offenders that i get requests for....then again often people will throw meat or vegetables at me (not literally) and tell me to cook something....i look up about 10 recipes, look what i have in the fridge and spice rack and make something up....thats how i taught myself to cook...

Date Squares
Black Forest Cake

Cabbage Rolls
Irish Stew
Hungarian Goulash
Spiced potato wedges
Homemade soups

Just a small sample, worked 20 years as a restaurant cook and managed a small deli/bakery!

It depends on the time of year.  This time of year it is sweet potato souffle.  I bake a lot so it is also rum balls and peanut butter cups.

You could also narrow it down to meal of the day.

Anyway I have always liked to cook.  People around me have talked me into catering on a person by person basis.  Just don't have the time full time.
Busy time of year for me, even being picky about who I cook for.
