Unfortunately not...they're dickheads.

Just like the 'nillas by whom I've been stood up. ~shrug~

The all talk and no action is past just being annoying. I don't even bother to look anymore.

Its easy......make them pre-pay

MadamI -> making them pre-pay (12/17/2007 3:50:36 PM)

For professional sessions, that works fine. I am currently looking for domestic service slaves, however, where no money changes hands. So many swear they'd love nothing better than to serve Me and then they don't even show? Can we set up a 'no-show' list on collarme so that Others don't have their time wasted by the same wannabes?

Jeffff -> RE: making them pre-pay (12/17/2007 3:53:48 PM)

Nope...that would be a black list..which are not allowed......for reasons that will becomes obvious to you after you have been here a while

MadamI any sub who passes on the opportunity of servitude for you wether play or not needs to seriously look at themselves!

LadyChef -> RE: why so many fake subs? (12/17/2007 4:03:41 PM)

Although I'm still pretty new to this site, I have met two "submissive" men from here. Play? No. Sex? No. Tell Me everything  "they" want Me to do to them? Yes.Have YEARS  of experience getting done what "they" want done, they just want a "Domme" to serve their needs. I refer them to the professionals or someone who just wants to play.

 I've concluded that I may have to meet a man in a vanilla setting, and slowly turn him into the slave I want. [;)][:D]

***For the record, I'm not here just to play. If I wanted to do that, I'd become a paid professional Dominatrix and have fun while getting paid!***

there are fakes on all sides not just subs , some even boast and brag about experiance they dont have .I had one mail me  she has 11 years  experiance  and she was 23 .The flamming  and blacklisting will not work ,better to place them on your ignore list when they come around to disapoint you .Some have more time to play games and pretend ,it sometimes becomes a case of weeding through a jungle to find a flower .You may get some stinkweeds along the way ,but i am sure the one for you is out there somewhere.

Zephyr46 -> RE: why so many fake subs? (12/17/2007 4:09:12 PM)

I feel that there are two sides to every coin. Just as there are many false submissives, there are very likely an equal number of false dominants who seem only to want monetary tribute given.

My experience as a submissive is to avoid those who are blatantly out there and in your face. Instead, I have found better success in finding a better match by looking for those who are confident in who they are and are not seeking the limelight but are simply there and without much fanfare, describing what they are seeking in a forthright manner.  This is not to say that those who contact a person saying that they want a "tribute" before they will talk to a submissive are not adequately describing what they want. It is simply not what I am seeking.

Bottom line?  IMO there are as many false Dom/mes as there are submissives.  They tend to balance in a forum such as this which is a pretty good sampling of nearly everyone on the earth once the social expectations are stripped away.  I feel that we are all people seeking that Magical Match... the perfect person. The one who is the "key" to another's lock where the fit is perfect.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: making them pre-pay (12/17/2007 4:09:55 PM)

I recommend Molly Maids if you are looking for a domestic servant.  Good house slaves are virtually impossible to find.  House slaves that will break your stuff, leave a mess, and generally be more trouble than they're worth?  Everywhere.

HeavansKeeper -> RE: making them pre-pay (12/17/2007 4:15:13 PM)

You ever see "Something About Mary"?  Remember that "loaded gun" scene?

That's the problem.  FOR SOME PEOPLE their desires change drastically pre and post orgasm.  As best I gather, it's why so many dommes keep their boys chaste.  I suspect you've found people who find the idea of submission kinky, but it isn't who they are.

They're mallrats.  And your store is very mallrat friendly.

"I'm a professional Dominatrix, skilled, versatile, and strictly sexy."
1) I don't know how "strictly sexy" is supposed to deter that crowd.

"I work as Mistress Amara, so search for Me if you wish."
2) People either look you up, and find your top-google-response webpage or don't.  If they do, I can see why you get so many people toying around - it's that nice ass.  O.o

"I love rope bondage, role play, discipline and humiliation, in fact I've never met a fetish I didn't like ..."
3) You're willing to chat about all manner of sexy things under the guise of determining limits.

"You may contact Me to apply to serve Me, or if you wish to have a paid session with Me."
4) The problem with being a professional domme is that you're making a sale.  No matter who says what, this business LAW is true:  The customer is always right.  They have the trump cards, you have the rest of the deck.  They can always refuse to give you business, they can always say "ok, thanks, I'm leaving."  Nothing you can do about this, but it empowers those who don't truly want to submit.

"Anything more personal will only proceed after a long trial period."
5) This should work to deter one night stands, but does nothing against a no-show.

I don't want this to sound mean, it's simply a discourse on why.  Why you get so many no-shows.

Gotta run =\

so, that would mean she was 12 when she started?

I was 6 when I started with self-bondage.

I was 11 when I discovered an interest in breath play. 12 when I was participating in online D/s. 14 when I started fooling around with others RT doing bondage, breath play, D/s. And all that was before I knew what any of it was called.

That's why I say I have experience starting at 16 when the serious bondage started and when I started training with my first Domme. Not because the experiences before didn't count, but because of all these nuckleheads who somehow believe that sexual life starts between 15 and 18, and can't understand that some people have experience from before that. If I wanted to, I could claim 12 (one month shy of 13!) years' experience in breath play, 17 years experience with self bondage. And it would still be more accurate than some of the claimed months and 1-5 years' experience some here claim.

MasterFireMaam -> RE: why so many fake subs? (12/17/2007 4:54:36 PM)

Ignoring them is about the only reality-based option. Of course, they're just as likely to disappear online after disappearing offline. Perhaps you're trying to set up meetings too soon?
