Hi!

I'm new to these boards (among other things), but was wondering if there were any other skydivers around? Just wondering if there was any way to incorporate skydiving into a scene (keeping it totally safe, obviously).

I don't make enough money to sky dive but I do have a few ideas to combine BDSM and Sky Diving together.

1. you can jump while cuffed together

2. Bondage isn't all that diffucult to use

3. Mind Fuck "I forget to pack your parachute"

4. get a sub who is afraid of heights

5. spanking and flogging may not work all that well but a whip could be but to good use in more ways than one.

sure, most of these ideas or edge play but they will help you get started

I used to do a little skydiving when I lived in Northern California - Very fun. However, I much prefer the water for my adrenalin fix. For me, the water keeps you in the grasp of the unknown like falling from the sky controlled, never could.

Very creative, FangsNfeet, thank you -- I'm thinking along the lines of mindfucks, as I think the jumpmaster wouldn't approve of cuffs in the air (although they let you get away with a LOT more here in Italy than in the States...)

That sounds really incredible, must be a huge rush.

I have to say that what I love about skydiving is the opposite -- I love the feeling of being in control up in the sky and find that it grounds me incredibly (sounds impossible -- it's an oxymoron of sorts, but true). Of course often things don't always go exactly as planned, but that's life, and I come down from each jump with a dozen new ideas for the next. just thinking about it ...

and thanks for the welcome dark~angel! I'm liking it here on these boards a lot. very addictive.

I understand that people jump tandem now, but if two jumpers with separate chutes try to open near each other you got a good chance for a pinwheel. Getting out of cuffs isn't as reliable as I'd like for this situation.

I found I was using ALL my limbs during jumps. I think I'd pass on this too.

You don't even have to go that far. Before my first static line jump, the jumpmaster came up to me and said, "Lieutenant, remember to relax. Cuz if you don't hit all relaxed, you'll break every bone in your body and be a helpless cripple for the rest of your life. So just relax." Then he walked off with a big grin on his face.

Jump Masters and Tandem pilots are very often absolutely incredible in the mind fuck department...

I think one of my favorites was when there was a student -- I think it was his 2nd or 3rd jump -- and he's been a little reluctant on his first jumps. So 2 of my friends (who are both licensed skydivers) pretended to be instructor and student, and did their skydive before the actual hesitant student. The guy who was pretending to be a student spent the whole time on the plane saying he wasn't sure he wanted to go through with the jump, he was scared, and all that. it came time to jump and the plane doors were open, others had already gone down but the pretend student kept saying "no, no -- please I changed my mind" and his friend said "well, too bad" -- and pretended to shove him out of the door, while the guy screamed out loud.

The incredible thing (to me) is that no one -- not his instructor or any of the other skydivers -- told the student it was a joke until he came down, they just acted like it happened all the time... well, the guy's a skydiver too now, and playing practical jokes on others, so it turned out all right.

Just wanted to add that I don't necessarily think it was a NICE thing that my friends did (although it seemed funny at the time), just that (at least in Italy) things like that (at the drop zones) happen ... a little bit of a skydiving kink maybe?

I used to scuba/sky dive years ago.. You skydive in a wetsuit with fins and tanks attached by a foot rope into open water then continue diving under water. Thus combining the most two exillorating experiences I have known.
