i was at the post office recently buying stamps and bought 2 books of stamps.  however, instead of receiving 2, i got 3 (the extra book was "stuck" to one of the books) and didn't discover this until i got home.  it's almost like the time which a cashier gave me the wrong change back.

what bad bad bad thing did you do without knowing it?

Got the Peanuts holiday special set for free because the cashier did not ring it up with the other purchases.

I stole a lipstick when I was a teenager, inadvertantly because I was holding it under my wallet. I discovered it in the parking lot and didn't take it back---like I would today.

Last year, at Christmas time, on the street, right outside the post office I found 2 books of holiday stamps.  I kept them.  I bet someone was pissed when they returned home to stamp all of their Christmas cards.  I rarely mail anything and those stamps lasted a long time.

Got 2 of those big reusable grocery tote bags today because the girl didn't ring them up (thought she did until later) and I didn't announce, as they had TAGS still on them,  ''Ohhh by the way I need to pay for those. See the tags hanging off them!! Oh, nor did I add, see the bright white wording on the sides and no dirt marks or wear and tear at all!''

Oi.

So many choices...

I'll go with throwing the lit cigarette into the mailbox on the corner.

Heh,  I've got a doozy ...

I felt the need to update a lot of stuff when I moved into this house.  So with my huge haul,  I didn't realize the clerk failed to ring up ... wait for it ... the lawnmower.

I went to purchased one of those fold up saucer chairs for my son.  They had 1 of each color sitting on display and behind them were boxes with the colors of the chairs marked on them.   We picked up a box, got it home and inside were FOUR of the chairs.

Now normally to set a good example for my impressionable demon I would have returned them. However, the store is a good 30 minutes away and I seldom travel to that side of town.  I kept them.

I had a friend who actually got two dishwashers from Sears.   She waited a few weeks after they delivered the second one to see if they would catch their mistake and then sold it.

I took my family out for Easter dinner this year...my brother and his wife, my two nephews, my daughters and their boyfriends, and my new granddaughter.  I had taken them all to Johnny Carrino's.  When I got home, I found that the girl had not rung up any of the desserts...9 desserts worth about $ 45.00...which would have added another 6 to the tip.  So 51 bucks;  I never called the manager and told him to add the desserts on...

Ok, I've been a bad girl today.  It has nothing to do with accidental theft, but I'm still bad.

I went to my ob/gyn this afternoon and got bored while waiting for 45 min in the room with paper sheets wrapped around me.  So, I grabbed an ink pen and drew two eyes above each nipple and a smiley mouth under each nipple, leaving the nippies as little "button noses" on my smiley faces.     When he and the nurse came in, he apologized for the delay and said, "Sorry about that, I hope you were able to keep yourself occupied while you waited."  I laid back on the table and said, "I sure was..."  At that point, he opened my gown top and burst into hysterics, as did the nurse.  He said, "I should know to expect this stuff from you by now!"  I laughed and said, "Well, it was either this or I was gonna start going through the cabinets in here."

After he was done checking me out and left the room, the receptionist knocked on the door and said, "What did you do?!  They're both in stitches out here!"  So, I flashed her my happy titties...     She giggled and walked out.

Who says going to the gynocologist has to be boring?  ~ giggles wildly ~

I did that to my boobs when I was like 10 or something and then later had a ballet rehersal and had to dress and change with smiley faces on my boobs, nobody really noticed though.

However I take a book with me everywhere I go so none of this sit and wait boredom stuff noty that it's not still annoying to wait forever, but I usualy get engrossed in the book while waiting.

I didn't realize it until I stopped for dinner and realized that I had quite more cash than I should have had at the moment.  That was an hour and 50 miles from when I made the purchase.

I have never done a bad bad thing.  Really.  It's true.  I swear.  It was my sister.  SHE did it.  She's the bad one.  I'm the gooooood girl.  *adjusts my halo that I bought for $4.99 on sale after Haloween.

Honest...

One time, I was grocery shopping. The grocery store I shopped at would cash pay checks as you paid for your food. I purchased my food and when I got the change back from my check, I received 70 more dollars than the original paycheck.

I TRIED to point it out to the cashier and was told (very haughtily) that she knew what she was doing. I tried to point it out again and she got nasty. I said "well then, thank you very much." and walked out.

I never saw her at that store again.
