i am very much happy with my 2 doms however what's so negative about my response.  this had nothing whatsoever to what Ms Mia implied.

it's a choice and it's my choice not to view female profiles who viewed me. 

so where's the negativity?  then again being everyone's judgemental punching bag does wear me down.

edited to add - yes Dommes are blocked not because of what my partners assumed ...just another choice of mine. and it's not just Dommes - Doms, submissives, switches etc - wow, i didn't know a choice like this would cause such an uproar.

there's nothing to figure out

i choose not view those who view me back (and the magic word of the day is choose) ...it's not on the orders of my dominants either. so what's left to figure out.

i use to view and now i don't. 

is that a sin?

if so, 100 lashes should fit the crime.

I don't see what the big deal is.

If someone's said something I find interesting in the forums, I'll often check out their profile to find out a little more about them.

I thought the purpose of having profiles was to have them viewed. Let's view away!

What is really odd is when someone views you, emails you, and then when you go to answer their nasty email back with a kind one... you discover that you have been blocked... I thought that was extremely odd at the time. Now I understand it wasn't personal.... she blocks just about every damn buddy[:D]

And speaking of emails..... not to stray from the topic at hand... but, what the hell is up with people sending emails and then their profile not being found?  I've learned a lesson with this.... before I send a thoughtful kind response to anyone... subs and slaves included i'm checking their profiles out!  For pity sake, some submissive sends me this kind "want to get to know you" email and they have no profile? whatever! It may take a while but I'm slowly learning that there are some F ing flakes out there!!!!!!!!

I do have to say I have some wonderfully kind emails too from Dom/mes, slaves, subs, and some new friends I respect and value very much....  [:D]

That's where we differ then...I view a profile more as an intro. I'd rather know if I may have shared interests initially. But; for me, shared RL interests are far more important than  just knowing someone is a sub who can spell and use correct grammar...though that's important too.[;)]

I find myself randomly clicking on pictures of those who have viewed me, just to see the close-ups, not because I'm interested in anything further.  I probably wouldn't do that if just the names were appearing without the pictures.

I click on the profiles on people I find interesting via the boards and those who view me.  Sometimes I even add them as favorites! Oy!
