ORIGINAL: confusetheswede i'm not a master, but beating, to me any how, is abuse and not BDSM. i say this because beating is a loaded word that implies blood and bruises. What's wrong with blood and bruises? I happen to adore both of those things. And a good beating is a thing of beauty at times. Beating someone to the point of death is one of my hard limits. I don't do death play. Death play leads to all sorts of not fun activities such as: Having to hide the body, digging the hole, and quite possibly serving some time in jail, (Unless you can get Johnny Cochran, but I don't make that kind of money.) etc etc. Besides, I like to play with people more than once. One death play scene kinda ruins the chances of having a second one. (If I were a necrophiliac, it may be different...but I'm not...another one of those kooky hard limits.) ~Thorns
