MsBrenda -> RE: Leathercellar.com for Floggers, Collars and Restraints (12/29/2007 8:05:46 AM) If you're measuring for a collar, it's best to use a soft tape measure around the base of the neck with one finger in behind the measure.  If you do not have a soft tape measure, use a string or strip of paper around the neck than measure the length of the string or paper strip.
