Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this post, and hopefully helping. Admittance here---> I am profile retarted! I do find I have a hard time on what to say in my profile, I have changed it a million and one times, been on this site for a little over a year now, and love the forums*cheers*! They have been such a learning tool for me, thank you all very much! So now once again, I'm returning to ask for some help/suggestions on creating a profile, as I do value others opinions especially those who are better at things than myself.... I did remove my photos to at least elimanate the HNGs that just look for photos......Thanks again

I just looked at your profile and think it's really cute and shows a lot of personality. A couple suggestions---state a little more clearly what it is you're looking for and take a minute to cut-and-paste your text into a program with a spell-checker. Good luck in your search.

Well first and foremost, I thought your profile was quite endearing. Nazi isn't spelled with a T but that's little and come to think of it, you might have meant to spell it that way to take away from the negative implications of the word in and of itself.

Secondly, picture or not, the HNGs are going to contact you. It's what happens here. Just say "no thank you" and move on. I've never really understood all the uproad of HNG contacts when we all have delete buttons. I don't know, but to change your profile the way it's written just to appease/fend them off would seem to me to be attempting to not show who you are and if you truly are all that you say in your profile, why would you want to appear as someone you're not.

It's lovely. Keep it the way it is, keep your finger on the delete button...and remember, when you get frustrated at the HNGs...that somewhere in there, mixed in with them but not a part of them, just might be exactly who you are looking for who is looking for someone just like you. Would you want them to not realize that just because you were attempting to fend off some silly HNGs?

Don't worry. Life works itself out.

Hahahaha thank you soooooooo much! between the typos and my lack of spelling skills, I must admit it is quite hard sometimes, but I do know my strong points and not so strong points in life :) Hope the vacation is going well! Thank you both for the complement and the advice :)

Hi, Ivy!

A few thoughts about your profile - the tone it conveys is cute. You sound like a very fun and interesting person. You definitely do need to tweak the grammar, punctuation and spelling. If you need help, PM me and I'll help edit it, or you can run it through your Word program. I'd also add spaces in there - put breaks between paragraphs. Make it, in general, easier to read. It reads now rather like a run-on sentence - lots of thoughts crammed into one small space.

But again, the tone is great - your personality comes through well!

Hi and thank you all so very much! I agree 100 percent about the snow! I do miss it alot, down here they have it trucked in a public parking lot for kids to have a go in it, heh, imangine growing up thinking snow is delivered in a truck.... Honk Honk!
