Cheapness brought on by my being too ready to buy new whips, quirts or restraints (not to mention boots and shoes).

On and off Alexandra and I have talked about doing short-term chastity. Just a few days.

For a couple of reasons: focusing of erotic energy, introducing a light element of D/s outside of our play times. It isn’t really a “Ha ha wanker!” kind of thing (though where her mood goes mine will follow).

We don’t need one of those expensive penis penitentiaries. Physical containment is mostly a tangible symbol. My sense of honor would keep me from tampering with it.

We’ve tried a few things. A prickly penis sheath that is too tight to be used for anything but straightforward S&M. A cage that won’t fit on unless I’m 100% flaccid. And the MCD which is also only suited for S&M (at least for us).

Pity I don’t have DIY skills or I’d build my own.

I thought I’d check and see if any of the more experienced folks here had any suggestions.

I have some friends who are really into the chastity thing. Their opinion is that it's one of the biggest single things one can do to put a guy into a submissive mindset. And the report is that it makes contact far more intense when the cage comes off.

They use a CB-3000, it's not exactly what I would call a budget toy. The CB-2000 is a tad less expensive and offers more adjustibility, but is not quite as secure. Part of the attraction of cages is that they do ensure you remain flaccid as anything approaching an erection will cause you great discomfort.

I am very much a DIY kind of guy with a good collection of leather and wood working tools plus access to pretty much any metal working tool you can think of. However, if I were going to get into chastity play, I would just spring for one of the CB toys. Nothing else I've seen comes close to them in comfort, practicality, or hygeine.

The one thing I can think of that might work is if you have penile piercings, you could abtain a metal tube that your penis can fit in, drill a strategically located hole into one side, then wear a padlock through your piercing and the tube at the same time. The biggest problem I see with that approach is that padlocks are not typically made to be piercing friendly. I play with padlocks in my piercings, but never wear them for more than an hour at a time.

I envy people with leather and other DIY skills. Many things, notably genital toys, never fit just right. Too big, too small, the loops for fastening are just a millimeter off.

I'm sure if I thought hard enough I'd realize there was something easily pervertable for this purpose resting on the shelves of an ordinary store or in a closet here at home.

I would sell a cb2000 if you want one... I have a neosteel now, and it suits me better (I like the look of it, am vain)!

DIY male chastity, luckily there are a lot of options at the local hardware store, and they tend to be easy to make.
Option 1: take an appropriate sized PVC pipe, cut it to the length of the flaccid penis, then cut it in half length wise. Drill four holes down each side of the length. With rope/shoelaces, tie the top around the penis and scrotum, #2 and #3 loosly around the shaft, the last one loop down, between the buttcheeks around the hips and ending in a nice bow in the front.
Option 2: Create a chicken wire cock cage pointing down, with additional wires around the entire package to keep it in place, if needed, sauter (lead free) thin brass strips on the cage to help keep the shape. Two notes, watch out for the ends of the hicken wire, they are sharp, the other is that in an emergency, wire cutters can cause an quick release.
Option 3: There are some rope ties that hold the penis down without damage, check on some shibari ties.
Option 4 and 5: Read somewhere about using a balloon and plaster of paris with a drain hole to decrease sensation to the cock, never tried it though. On the same vein, create a mold of the cock with the plaster, slightly larger than flaccid and secure with rope or fine chain
Option 6: For seasoned maso and sadists with experiences with needles. With "0" sized silk suture pierce the frenum and below the scotum, tie loosly, apply topical antibiotic every couple of hours.

Hope this gave you some ideas.

Well i know how you feel. It looks like i will have to go to Noir Leather and buy a CB 2000 or CB3000 my MISTRESS tried to build one HERSELF to no avail.

I have a shortie wetsuit that zippers in the back. It is fairly thick and I can lock the zipper to a leather collar so I can't unzip it. I place a plastic hockey cup inside (I prefer the kind without any holes as I move around a lot in my martial art class).

Only a plug in vibrator defeats this and that takes a little work. I suppose you could try some padding under the cup to deaden the vibrations perhaps.

Basically what I would do is use the washroom, then lock myself up, throw on some clothes and go downtown or the mall, leaving the key at home. In a medical emergency the leather collar can be cut. I get the feeling of snug rubber and unable to pee or have sex if I should meet someone while out. They on the other hand can always use my tongue and fingers but I go pleasureless.

A "shortie" BTW is a wetsuit with short legs to the thigh and either short sleeves or no sleeves. Check thrift stores.

where can u get thoes types of wetsuits and how much are they? also, how are they to wear under clothing, esp if its warm out? I had an idea like this, but use a bodysuit, but theres not many zippering bodysuits

Hi iandownonmyknees. Does your Mistress sew? I have madse a few things from Vinyl, like a Penis Sheath, and it is very cheap to make. You just have to understand it won't prevent you from feeling anything or touching yourself. I do have a patern for the Penis Sheath if you want to e-mail me, and it hide quite good under work clothes.

One of the other things I also made was a cage, from Perforated Copper Strap. You might be able to make one, with limited DIY skills. The only problem with the Copper Cage, is that it is big and a little hard to hind under your work clothes...LOL

i've tried both the cb-2000 and the 3000 and they work well for awhile,but i actually could wiggle out of them and not because i'm small (i'm average).also if you really think about it an orgasm can be achieved without very little stimulation and i managed that just with a small movement of the entire cage.i think for me personally the right LADY simply ordering me to leave it alone would be my solution. someday i'll find HER lol
