I truly wish for you to get your wish, but we all know it ain't happening.
But you are right, peace starts with the People. They are running out of soldiers, and there is talk of a draft.
I remember a very old saying, might've been John Lennon. "What if they gave a war and nobody came".
Perhaps peace starts with each and every one of us. Perhaps it is time for us to just say no. Don't get me wrong, become my enemy by robbing me, trying to rape my Womenfolk and take our shit, I'll be happy to kill and will not lose a minute's sleep over it. But the people who we bomb into the stone age as we boast, have done no such thing.
Do you understand the implications of what I am saying ? The long arm of the government wants war, but what if the bombadeers refused to press the button and the infantrymen refused to pull the trigger ?
I would love to see it happen, have the neocons realize that it's not going to be all that easy to start a war anymore.In all cases they use our arms and legs to do their dirty work, and those of our young. They are greedy malignant bastards who care nothing for the People, any People except their little cabal.
The whole situation disgusts me, but there is a ray of hope. More and more people wake up and see the scam for what it is every day.
Those of us who can see the bullshit for what it is welcome you. There is always room for one more.
