Status: offline 		I love anal play and stimulation.  Been self pleasuring by this method now for about 10 years or more.  Have worked up to some fairly large dildos and other objects.  Question..  If over long period of time can permanent damage be done to the anus and sphincter muscles?  I don't mean just a first time session where something way to big is forced in. Obvious damage there.  But, can the anus/sphincter be damaged over long period or years of play?  Such as becoming incontinent later in life?  I am about the age now where I probably should get the prostrate checked. If I go to doctor for this check will they be able to tell that I might be stretched a bit.  Does this muscle return to normal elasticity if given a good break between play sessions?  Just wondering..

Of course, if you rip, tear or (eep) pull it inside out, it's not gonna be good for your poop-chute. But as long as you make an effort to work the muscles and maintain muscle control, stretching them and then working them out, it's like yoga for the ass, i'd imagine. i know plenty of people of all ages who put some pretty amazing things in their ass on a regular basis, and don't have any incontinence issues, and yes i asked lol. So go ahead, you and that 2 liter bottle go for it! ;-)

I second that reaction! 

I once saw on another forum where a nurse (according to her) claimed that frequent anal sex led to incontinence as you got older.  I asked her on multiple occasions to provide some...any...evidence of that and never got a legitimate answer.

i have seen those. but then, and now can't imagine being able to take something that size. the best i have managed to date is 2 1/4" thick and that feels HUGE! i do love the thought of bigger, including a fist, but not sure it would be possible.
