For me it is being alone with my Submissve wife.

in the winter, PLANNING to be out on the boat

friends
spending time with my folks when they're home (most of the time)
reading
ice skating in the winter
swimming in the summer
and a host of other things that I can't come up with right now.

Being encased in rubber and used and abused mercilessly for hours on end.  Yeah, that pretty much spells relief.

being around the horses or out for a nice long , fast ride in a clear grassy area

when i swam with the dolphins at discovery cove, i love being in the water
