It's only as adults that we become defensive about our fantasies - especially those that excite us sexually. I think one should remember there is a vast difference between people who have fantasies and those who wish to live out those fantasies. Everyone I know well enough to have discussed this with has fantasies beyond their experiences. The healthy ones seem to have stopped short of the outermost edges of their imagination. Those who spend all their time chasing after the next experience they can dream of often lose their souls in the process.
