It's fairly new, but it might work.

http://www.bondage.com used to be free for guys until recently, but if you are willing to pay, it should be good as well.

b-dot-com has gone pay, and it is not the first one I joined as "free" that now wants my credit card. My advice is join as a free member and browse untill you see somebody you REALLY want to approach, then pay the shortest membership fee possible so you can.

Or, last time I checked, it was still free here LoL.

But the best way is to find a local group to socialize with. Just like in a career, networking can be a valuable tool.

PS- I am assuming you were not asking about Professional Mistresses. Those can be found on a dozen sites by googling Domme, DOminatrix, or the like...
