And practising yoga poses at home, in your free time, can help a lot too. ~ That said! i wanna add... some people just aren't as flexible as others. There's a sort of "natural" flexibility we all have. Some people will never be able to get into all the yoga poses, even if they do yoga every day for hours on end.... i was pretty heavily involved with gymnastics when i was younger (and so was my sister)... As children in gymnastics i was always more naturally flexible than she was.... even now... with her weighing less than me... i am still more flexible than she is (she takes yoga now - while i don't do yoga or gymnastics at all anymore).. ~ so.. bodies are different... Of course....... someone probably said this already... but, again, i didn't actually read through the whole topic....
