but I was talking too someone on this site and they mention, in relation to an email they had received, the word

flagillate

now, I've searched the internet, and can't for the life of me figure out what the hell it means. Something to do with BDSM, but ?

so, I don't mean to sound stupid...

but does anyone know this word? :)

oh! how did i miss that? flagellate does mean to whip or flog also to punish or impel as if by whipping. the i threw me off.
