I enjoy spitting on my sub as a form of humiliation during a scene, and it's been a recent addition to my play. The sub I play with enjoys it, which makes it more of a turn-on for me. It would also be a turn-on if I knew he didn't like it [;)] Be well, Julie

i don't want to cause a thread drift, but i'm curious.. is "spitting" usually about humilation........? or is there some other reason people do it? ~ the thought of being spit on makes me squicked, but of course, i don't think it's wrong for others to like that... ~ i'm curious... about why it's liked though. ~ ^_^?

It is about humiliation to me. When I do that with my sub, I am usually combining it with something verbal and other activities that he finds degrading/humiliating (hairpulling, faceslapping, anal stuff). It's done with a specific purpose at that moment in the scene. Be well, Julie

LadyJulieAnn nailed it as far as my experience. It's been used as a humiliation degredation thing. I had a Domme who spit at me to go along with comments on penis size. And another time it was warm in the playspace, and she offered me water (which I really needed) but spit in it first. I know this is the Mistress board, but I also played with a femsub who liked to be spit on during verbal humiliation/name calling. It's not a fetish for me, I can take it or leave it depending on my partners preference. But it doesn't "ick me". I mean my partners and I have swapped plenty o spit the old fashioned way. Nuke }:-

While I am relatively new to the scene, one of the things I enjoy the most is having my husband/sub swallow my spit. I spit in his mouth and it make him weak in the knees. Sometimes I dribble it in from above while he is laying on the floor or the bed. Other times I do it while I am kissing him. I do it just because I can. Being spat upon is so strongly degrading that it is one of the simplest act that can knock me all the way down. Slapping, which doesn’t have to be painful, has a similar effect. In my individual psychology it evokes powerful feelings of worthlessness. (Which is fun in the right context.) Richard

I agree with all of the above comments. My master spits in my mouth and on my face and it turns us both on because it's a way (as iamdownonmyknees says) to knock me all the way down. Makes me feel like property, a worthless slut who takes what she's given and while I have a very loving relationship with my master he loves to treat me like I'm a piece of meat sometimes. This and pain put me right down. Make me feel my place and he gets a kick out of doing to me what he likes because he knows he can. It's a power exchange thing but it's different for everyone and you don't have to like it. I would argue though that unless you have definite limits worked out with your top that you should do as your told and thrive on what makes them happy.

I absolutely love spitting in my slave's face as a form of degrading humiliation. As far as I'm concerned it's on a par with putting my cigarette ashes in his mouth as a degredation tool.

Happened to me once in my life, over twentyfive years ago, from a ProDomme and it was so powerful I've never forgot it. She was standing close to me and told me to open my mouth. As she moved her face closer to me, for a second, naive as I was, I actually thought she was going to kiss me. Then she spit into my mouth and told me to swollow it. It was more stunning than a slap.

I enjoy spitting, but I believe I learned to enjoy it since my sub likes it so much. Seeing how turned on it makes him turns me on, where now I do it all the time.
