ORIGINAL: chellekitty This coming year I am enrolled in a Dominant's Mentor's group. Now I know most on these boards do not associate my name with Topping, but on the rare ocassion I do, and in the past year or so I have found more and more people that have brought out that rare ocassion. I even created a switch profile [8|] (SensualistOne - there's even newer pictures there.) Anyway, the topic of the thread. I was thinking about the topics of the Intensives, where I get to learn various types of play styles, and when it comes down to it, as a Top, I just don't like as many styles of play as I do as a bottom. So I was wondering if there was any correlation to prefered role and variety of styles of play in that role? If you have no prefered role if you enjoy an equal variety of styles of play? I am not just talking about play that you actually know how to do, because, God knows, I would be severely limited in that case...but rather, what you know how to do and what you would be interested in learning how to do, both practically and impractically. take care chelle I'm fairly similar chelle and I kind of attribute it to my lower level of experience in the top position. There are so many more things I enjoy and find to be primary interests as a sub, but I sure didn't start out that way. I think it's probably the same on both sides and we grow into interests as we become comfortable with more.
