HELLO EVERYONE:

I've been on Collarme a long time and just felt I should say this to EVERYONE. I truly hope that the "angry attitudes" would slowly change here on this site. This SHOULD be a truly safe place for all of US "like minded people" to freely talk and safely meet each other. I admit that most so called male dominants here act and say really stupid, crude things and show LITTLE or NO CLASS at all. But so many female so called "sweet submissives" are so rude and disrespectful too. So many of you are packed with a highly "toxic attitude". After taking the time to write a sincere, honest, intelligent message only to see them be "deleted unread" or receive a childish insult and then getting blocked as you run to hide really stinks. Would you honestly LIKE to be ignored and insulted yourself after writing someone...gee, think about that!

So much anger and confusion is caused because most of you write so little information or just nothing meaningful at all in your profiles... and then get so insulting only because you are now getting tired of being repeatidly asked what you view as "the same old dumb questions". Well then take a hint and write more IMPORTANT information in your profile. It honestly seems that most of you would rather put more effort into choosing your next cell phone than choosing the dom you wish to please and serve. These are "critical life choices"....so put some solid thought and effort into this!

I'm sure we ALL would agree that Collarme also needs to try to find a much better way to stop all the fake, stolen photo's and money scammers here. This site is just INFESTED WITH THEM. But there also needs to be more "required fields" that must be filled out BEFORE your profile can be posted because most of you just don't offer enough truly important information. Yes, that will NOT stop ALL the stupid creeps and evil people that write you...but it could cut things down a lot!

O.K...I'll end my rant now. So just let me say to ALL OF YOU: Have a safe and awesome NEW YEAR!

Actually, it is my understanding, as long as I conduct myself in a responsable manner, other peoples reactions to me is on them.

I felt stating that I am owned should be enough in explaining my present situation, however, that did not stop someone from messaging me this morning asking if I would be willing to relocate. What would you suggest?

I am going to be damn near the same way in 2008, that I was in 2007!

One difference is, I will block those asses that piss me off {a tad quicker than I did in 2007}, instead of arguing with them.

I plan on taking the high road on Collarme!!
hahahahahahahahahaha

I think that if that is what you want this site to be for you, that is what you should concentrate on making it for yourself. I would caution you, not everyone uses this site the same way, nor should they necessarily.

This is a prime example of what I am talking about as far as this site having different functions for different people. I am not here to meet anyone for play. I am here just to chat about WIITWD. It is appropriate for people that are taken to search for friends with a profile on here, just because we are taken does not mean we do not have a right to be here, and just because we are here does not mean we have to respond to people that write us when those emails are unsolicited.

I have the distinct feeling that you are reading profiles on the other side that have angered or upset you, and you are trying to talk in an open forum to people who have profiles that you do not approve of that express sentiments that you find "wrong". Perhaps it would be more productive to email those people directly instead of having a post addressed to all of us ("everyone") when this is post is actually targetted on a  few people, or even perhaps one individual.

I do not expect collarme to stop people from being lame, dishonest, or dupes... that is my responsibility as an adult.

1.  respect is earned not freely given

2. nowhere does it say that anyone has to respond back to you ...please in the new year, learn to accept that if she's not interested in you, she's NOT interested in you.

3. when it clearly states that submissive/slave is owned and collared in her profile, perhaps you should instruct your domly poachers/stalkers to stay away.

or you can do the next best thing and create your own kink site so you can run as you see fit.

happy new year!

I agree that the attitude in some of the forums lately seems a bit defensive and possibly coming across as hostile to others.

However, I also agree that we are adults and responsible for our own behavior.

I plan to work on my behavior to better myself as a person, to be less judgemental to jerks that can't read, to not argue with losers that insist that statements in my profile are unfair to them as a person eight states away, and to mentally hug the submissives that come to my submissive profile asking me to dominate them.

*sigh*

And to not use sarcasm when I really meant that I'd be cleaning up my act a bit because I want to be proud of my own behavior.

Well wishes, everyone

Does passive aggressive count as an "angry attitude", my obviously upset friend?

Come, now; it's the net! No reason to let it stress you. It's doubtful the world will ever be perfect, so why not just deal?

I speak my mind and I am an intelligent, capable woman who as a writer finds it easy to express my thoughts and ideas. I will always stay true to myself and tend not to be a generally rude woman. I don't intend to change how I conduct myself at all here. How people react to what I have to say is their issue, not mine. Those who may take issue to something I say will need to deal with it appropriately as this is afterall a one dimensional form of communication. Should someone take issue with me and debate what I have to say, well then fine I suppose though those that seek to define my character based upon my posting to a message board may wish to seek professional help.

Happy 2008 Everyone!

EG

Because my dear friend CL, some wish merely to bask in the glowing warmth of their own platitudes.

I'd be happy if they could just get rid of the whiners.  About the same chance I'd guess.

Yep.  Can you add clueless dominants to that list?
