Hi What do you do about having your profile show to let people know who you are and maybe share ideas etc... but have found what you are looking for? Is there a way to show on forums.. but hide on the other side? I enjoy this messege board and want to be part of it. But as a (submissive) woman.. don't want be shown on the side for personals. Too much mail, too many apologies, not enough time. I should not complain, I know I am lucky. But... I hope you can relate or understand. My Dominant prefers (strongly) I keep hidden from the personals, but supports my participation here on the message boards. Boards aren't his thing, and I would rather keep hidden then ask him to "bodyguard" me. I need other things more than to "show" and I will not press this on him. If he was a poster too.. that would be different, as I see those involved with "posters" say.. I am with so and so and the big guy will get ya if .. Sigh.. any ideas appreciated. Thanks for being part of CM forum..and putting up with this rambling. fawne

You must have been successful, as your profile is not found when I click on your name from here. Also, when I search for "Fawne" there, I get no results. Fire

Thanks, MistressFire i knew I was rambling! i mean i'd like to "show" here and let people here see my profile, but be blocked from the main page online list... Wait! If I use the forum profile i can still hide the main profile? OK! TY! best to you, fawne

Sorry Fawne, I think it's all or nothing. I have a local friend whose account is hidden (she calls it deactivated). She can log in, reply to e-mail, read and post to the forums etc. But nobody can view her profile or send her an unsolicited e-mail. So it looks to me like therre are no "sides" to it, your profile is your profile and either on or off. Sorry, Nuke }:- PS- Congrats on finding what you were lookin for!

I really don't have any idea how to do that, other than put absolutely nothing of interest in your profile, and don't answer mail. But if you figure out a way to do it, let me know. Good luck!

Fawne, put your profile on the other side, explain in 12 or 14 point type that you are collared, and set your mail controls to eliminate men. You can browse through your "Bulk Mail" if you want; it's not lost; just not annoyingly sent to your in-box. pinkpleasures

Considering this is a non issue at this point. You've deleted your profile. Would'nt it only be common sense since we are now posting in collarchat.com instead of collarme.com that they would be two seperate entities? I don't know for sure but that is what I'm assumed.

Like was said before..change mail controls and put in your profile that you have found what you want..also, you can put in you are only intersted in the mnessage boards and your profile is only for the benefit of those others on the boards to know who you are. Just don't put anything that can be miscontrued as as "personals" wording..or just stay deactivated.. Respectfully, sultry
