A Dominant is because it is what he is, not what he does.
I guess I was a little luckier, I did not involve myself with "vanilla ...."
I don't want to have to control everything,micromange, If I have to do all that I'd rather do it myself.
Yes, I would require input from my submissive
I have no problem listening to other opinions or way of doing things, provided they were presented respectfully, not like a bull in a china shop
Yes, I do have final say, but then I take all the responsibility and blame should the decision been a wrong one

Apparently you did not want to accept his decision and you kept whining about it. Although I would have used different verbiage. Like "It's my decision to make so shut the fuck up"... . As far as limits go... you should make up a list of things you won't do. It shouldn't be to difficult. ie dog, piss scat to name a few. So you get a half a point. smirkle

I Love this topic. Since you asked for an opinion on what you shared. I would say somebody who has a chip on their shoulder.

I can deal with a woman or anybody expressing themselves to me. Plus, I don't care how submissive or slavish somebody is, sooner or later, they will mouth off. Yes, believe it or not, arguments and fights happen in D/s or M/s relationships. This guy somehow has the misconception it won't happen in BDSM land. LOL...

Sounds like a women hating control freak, that does not play well with other people. The type of DOM that some poor sub/slave will end up in a true abusive relationship. I suppose that's fine if he finds a sub/slave that has the same mentality, but the odds of that are very slim, from the sounds of his attitude. A jaded character.

When it comes to control, I have two categories... Control Good, and Control bad that I lump things into. In my book, this is control bad. But that's in my book.
