a while back someone posted a request for information about kink-friendly health services.  this site has a section for posting professional doms and dommes, artisans, and services wanted.  I am curious though:
is there a proper section for kink-friendly health professionals to make themselves known to the community?

ok checked it out, turns out they only accept registrations there from MD, lawyers and psychotherapists. What if you're not one of those?

I was curious and went and checked why the KAP site only accepts particular professions, this is what it said -

"If your profession does not fall into one of the categories above, we can not accept your professional listing. We know many other types of professionals would like to be listed, but these categories have been carefully selected as those professions in which a kink-friendly attitude can dramatically affect the effectiveness of the service to the community."

Glad to see that I am not the only one who is curious.  My ideas - physiotherapist, naturopath, chiropractor, massage therapist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist ... I ran out of ideas at this point.

Not true.

I just went to the KAP site and there is a category for "Other Professions"

I looked in NY and found:
