I've invited some lovely Lady Domme's and Switches to my home for a Ladies Spa night.   We (there are 7 of us) will be served by 6-7 nude male subs/slaves.   We'll spend time getting massages, in the hot tub, be served champange, food, etc.

I need to compile a list of protocols for the males and am looking for some inspiration and ideas for them to follow and perhaps to serve in ways I've not thought of, so I'd love to 'open up the floor' and hear some suggestions!   If you've held one or attended one, let me know the good, bad and fun of it all.

I've decided this isn't a play party, so one large massive orgy isn't an option.

Well, I could give ideas on in home spa treatments, as a cosmetology student, but other than that I am afraid I am not much help.

I think any femdom who has spent time alone with another femdom (or more) knows one thing.  When we like-minded ladies get together, we often get each other MORE worked up than if a submissive is around. The exchanging of ideas, sharing of stories, comisersating, sharing fantasies, etc. -- and especially if we share movie clips, pictures, etc., and compare notes "What makes you hot? Why do you love doing this?" etc.  I think the times I have spent with other femdoms have been fantastic, and I've always wondered what it would be like to have an all-femdom slumber party, just like we did when we were kids.  Pajama party, popcorn, movies, gossip, giggling, and of course - talking about "boys" (in this case, men).

That being said, my advice to you would be to consider if it is possible to have it "no slaves allowed" for some portion - if it's a weekend, kick it off with just the ladies. The reason for that is that I think it gives the ladies a chance to really get into the mood. By the time the men arrive, they will be greeted with eagerness and perhaps some frothing at the mouth.

Though the idea of an entire weekend sounds devine, I've only budgeted time and money for 3 hours.  The men will arrive an hour 15 mins early to help set up, then the ladies will arrive.      One of my reasons for bringing the group together was to feed off the experience of the seasoned set, and also give them some recharging thru new 'young' blood into the scene.  (that isn't to say that older people have more experience, I'm using the phrases as time in the scene, not time on earth!)

the boys should anticipate needs and be subtle and unobtrusive.  You may want one of the boys to be the maitre D of sorts....each boy has specific jobs for which they are responsible except for the Maitre D who is the all around traffic controller, problem solver, and big picture aware.  Have the various jobs clearly defined and make sure the boys know how to do the jobs.....and you may want to have some switch roles at certain times or end some jobs and comence new ones as the event progresses.  I would have the Maitre D meet with you and organizers to get a plan and then have a training session or rehearsal with all the boys prior to the event as well - it would all be breif of course.

So some jobs?
valet parking, door men, body polishers, massueses, manicurists, pedicurists, food and beveragen servers who also keep the room cleaned up (dirty glasses bussed, spills celaned up etc) a beverage back and a kitchen/food back, Audio Visual (music, video etc), Toy Coordinatorn and Cleaner.....You may want a photographer and or one that can capture in writing the stories and techniques that are shared...they could also write up a synopsis or "minutes" to help keep track of what should happen at the next gathering and to inspire the ladies after the party is over. 

I do agree with Aakasha...domme slumber parties are hot and it is the ladies who are turning each other on without a doubt.  I just spent last weekend sharing a hotel room at a rope workshop with another domme and I have to say it was a whole lotta fun talking, telling stories, laughing, deciding what to wear when and what toys to use or who to corner....he he he.
