Also that mascara that comes in the cake with the little brush...Maybelline used to make some!...runs almost immediately!

try looking for a brand called wet n' wild it is cheap.... it runs without tearing.... if you want the look of running without actually making it run... line the bottom half of your eye with black eye liner then take a q tip and smear the line... it will create a dark smeared look that appears as though your mascara has run.... when going for any sort of "whore look" more is better

Oh, HOT. I love the used whore look. I especially love streaks of mascara running down the cheeks.

Yeah, pretty much anything that isn't waterproof. Most brown or black eyeliners I use also tend to run like crazy.
