Mine are upto date, taken in September, except one, the photo art pic, that was taken the year before and by the same person.

If I get bored with what I have, no doubt the same person will do more even if not asked,but looking through my files, I have hundreds of pics to choose from.

But I think my pics will stay for a while, as it is I do not look at them, so it is not me getting bored.I might change them around a bit though.

I do think it is 'honest' to show a fairly up to date pic and I am trying to get over to people, that I am honest.

My main pic is about six months old. I got the glasses last summer. Other pics range back to Dec 2005...but I haven't changed a lot in appearance. You'd still recognize me on the street, so to speak.

I've rarely even met people from this site as far as pursuing a relationship with them. I have, however, made friends and met people and they looked pretty much as expected. Sometimes, if the person is in 'costume' in their picture, street clothes (or even nakedness) makes it hard to recognize them. ;-)

this one is from sept or oct the other is older by a couple years. Ive lost weight sence then though.
yes I have met people who out right lied about what they looked like on other sites and one who showed me someone elses pics from here, I quit talking to them, nicely, I am very honest with people so I expect that back, if you lie to me screw you I dont care if I like you or not, I would much rather have someone tell me they dont think something is my buisness than telling me a lie. if I dont trust or respect someone it doesnt matter what they look like

Mine is about 3 years old, but I haven't really changed and it is accurate so I keep it.   (That and I don't have very many pictures of me since I'm usually the one with the camera.)

Personally its an old, old pic, but my scanner is caput...
Any one local want to take one of my new ones and help me out be my guest, but its not like I got any prettier.
So I say judge it as you will.
   But I also resolve to say this..

Whats all the Trama?....
  I mean look if your considering me your going to still judge me even after you meet me face to face.
And if you didn't have the over site to have those few chance meetings before you move in with me, then shame on you.
I feel this is just another thing we all threat about, just to hype ourselves up over needless things.
If we all just calmed down and dated sanely what would it matter?

Yeah, that was me, before I met the .dark.

I used to prefer being the right side of the lens, be it still or video.

It helps if someone knows you well enough to capture the natural you without the posing, as with me a certain someone has managed to get-eek!

My photo was taken about 6 months ago.  I actually think I have 'improved' since then so need to take a new photo[:D].  I like to have fairly recent photos up so that people have an idea of what I look like before contacting me.  I have also in the past met someone (not on CM) who had sent me a photo that was ten years, about 30 kilos and a full head of hair earlier!!!!!

My pictures are all from the last three years.  The main pic is from Luper about 2 years ago.  About the only thing that has changed is a few more pounds and a different hair style.  The newest pictures are from October of 2007 and they are the black and white picture and the one with the black background (that is similar to his main picture).

We mostly take pictures while on vacations or at events...  maybe now that I am living here we will take more of them.

My main pic is from about a year ago, the other is 5 or 6 months old. I would have to go through my camera memory to see how old it actually is, now to find the damn thing...

If I were to go through any major changes I would update the photos. I dont consider changing facial hair as a major change. I will do that once every 2 or 3 weeks anyway. Today it looks like the main pic, only a little longer. its about time for a change now...

my main profile picture was taken in September...the other pics on my profile were taken inbetween then and now, so all are recent.

my profile picture was taken  about a month ago, the rest are from random times, there are some from Lupercalia two years ago. The main profile is of me and my Sadistic other *S* and  I have one even with my nephew from the pride march in Edmonton. I think the oldest are the ones from Luper, I try to update and add more regularily

My picture here is a month old, or so. The ones in my profile run from a few years to a few months. And there is no visible difference, since I never change.

I think your photo should accurately represent you, if you are looking to meet someone.  if the photo is older than a few months and you haven't changed, I don't really see the harm.  if you're not looking, then I don't think it's as important, but it still should be you.  I've been on the receiving end of the person not looking like their photo (try 75 lbs heavier, much less hair and a different hair color).  it was very disconcerting, to say the least.  I felt like I'd been lied to.

I change my photo often just because I get sick of looking at myself in the same photo when I post.  my current main photo is about a month old; as for the remainder, one of them is me without makeup from about 6 mos ago, and one is probably my most favorite photo of myself, from my 40th birthday party.

Humm..I think all my pics are about 10 months old...not much older than that..And for the most part, I take all photos I see with a grain of salt..sometimes the actuality of R/L varies from a single moment in time captured...so to me, the substance of a person is always the defining thing, not their appearance..Tempting

Glad I finally re-found this post. They moved it and didn't tell me. (I'm easilly confused!!)
For those who thought I was taking this too seriously; I'm really not, I was just more interested than upset.
I've just heard a lot about people meeting others who did not look anything like their photos.
Otoh, if someone's personality is THAT dynamic, and that special, then I can overlook it; while being a bit disconcerted at first...
