That's true, you never did see Godzilla and Gammera in the same film... I guess Gammera was the "B" lister who always got the movies that Godzilla turned down. You don't even see them work together in roundup type films like "Destroy All Monsters" or "All Monster Attack!" I can only imagine what that would have been like... Gammera waits in his trailer, saying "I'm not going to be the first on the set, you can just tell the director and Godzilla that they can wait for me." Godzilla waits in his trailer, thinking "I'll show that upstart who the real star of this movie is! I'm not coming out until he's already on the set!" Hours gone, money spent, and nothing to show for it... Meanwhile, King Gidderah, the true old school pro, waits on the set, is well liked by everyone, and spends the down time at the craft table, stuying his lines and munching on a cherry danish, a cheese danish, and a glazed olf-fashioned.
