ORIGINAL: thelastfirstborn am i required to take all of my pre-requisites at once? Unless you are under some sort of academic probation, the answer is No. If you really wanted to, you can choose to take one class one semester at a time. You can always sign yourself up to take as much or as little hours as you choose. It's your money. Pay for and take what you want at your own time. quote:
there's maybe 3 classes i need that have no openings at this time. any info ASAP will be appreciated. thanks. (i need to get into english 101 and math 3, and also survey of american government) No openings at this time. At the last minuet, you'll find more than a few students droping out of these classes as open enrollment begins on move in day. It's a bit of a pain but you'll find empty seats as it gets closer to going back to school. Also, if you can't find an opening, you can normally talk to the directors of each class/program and get squeezed into the course. Between students who drop out at the last minuet and professors who will make room for you, you'll get into your courses. This is a farily common practice for most of your 100 courses. Don't break a sweat, you'll get in.
