I used to have a trampling pic on My profile somewhere. It started as a joke between Myself and DV, but once it was posted, it stirred up all kinds of interest. I think I still have it posted on alt, but have added so many new ones here since that it got bumped.

I do love a good trampling. I have many serve me in such ways. I love the marks and pain brought about by my stillettos but like bare foot trampling the best as it seems more personal with flesh on flesh.
I do agree with the changing of shoes during the scene to allow for the different sensations brougt about with different styles of shoes. I usually begin a scene with my sub kneeling at my feet, and allow him/her to choose the pair to start with. Of course there must be a bit of foot/leg worship to thank me for my troubles. When using high heels where stability is an issue i use a doorway or do the scene atop a table/bed where I can hold the ceiling to keep my balance. I have my sub massage my feet and clean them for me afterwards as I usually end up bare foot by the end and I refuse to leave my feet dirty with their sweat. I have never had muscle soreness from a trampling, but I can see where it may be a problem for some. I am an avid hiker and do things to strengthen my ankles, maybe similar stretches and training would benifit you as well.

What do I think?

I don't have very good balance and there is nothing as un-Dommly as falling off a sub while trampling and landing flat on your fetish clad arse (and I KNOW!!!)

There's a couple of guys in our scene who have special platforms with hand rails on both sides so you can walk up and down them without falling. I think they are a great idea!

Standing on the soft belly in spike heels always worries me - I have horrible images of sinking straight through skin and into intestines (eewwww!!!!). The pressure of full body weight on a stilletto heel is enough to dent floors, so no surprises what it will do to a soft tummy.

The best tramplees seem to have hard bodies and tense their muscles to take the body weight.

I put full body weight (50 - 55 kg) on upper thighs, rib cage and - maybe - shoulders. But the weight is forward on the front foot, not back on the stilletto heel.

I step (very) lightly on upper arms, lower legs, cock and balls, stomach and forehead and don't step on knees, ankles or throat at all.

Some tramplees absolutely love all the tiny round bruises from stillettos. But you can get quite serious injuries apparently. So its not smart to invite just anyone to jump on you (especially if she is drunk or drugged)

I never trample with bare feet. My feet are extremely sensitive and a hard limit of mine. I don't let anyone touch them. But I can see the appeal for others

Is it a big turn on for me? Not really. But its a fun party trick. Especially dancing on them

OMG this has got to be the greatest thread I have ever read! So great hearing all your experiences...

I just love to be trampled so much... it's like bliss everytime for some reason... call it a fetish or a footish in this case!

Since I can remember, I always had a thing for women's feet, shoes, boots... I'd ask girls I was dating back in junior high to "crack my back" but I'd get more out of it lol... Then it just kind of evolved I guess, it always turns me on... and so that "weakness" has made me into a sub today lol
