I see you are in the UK, Tollyboy might be right down the street. Probably the closest. However Tollyboy is the Rolls Royce of CBs and thus very expensive. However shipping will be less and there is a possibility of getting an in person fitting (measurement actually).
Neosteel over in Germany offers CBs that are very similar, and actually I like the look of them a bit better, but that is a matter of personal preference. Both CBs are quite effective from what I've heard.
Neosteel sells a measuring kit for people who do not want to travel there.
You might save a few pounds going to Locked In Steel, they are in the US and I believe they are the latest kid on the block that makes a very similar product. Their website is, of course lockedinsteel.com .With them you prepay and they send you pieces of card stock that fit together to make the final measurements.
Another possibility for measuring or fun is Waterhole. Not metal, but about $100US it is the cheapest one. Depending on exactly what you are looking for, you might just paint one with metallic paint for the look. However a kitchen knife will cut it off in a hurry.
Locked In Steel and even La centure De Chastete (sp) now owned by Tom Hilmer after the passing of Bill Jones might be another option. I have heard they are slow, but have a good CB. A US based CB maker might be a viable option because of the favorable exchange rate.
As I checked your profile to see where you are I see you are looking. With any of these except the Waterhole you need the wearer handy for measurements. You adjust the Waterhole yourself. Perhaps you are also adjusting the wearer :-) But then it is not metal.
But even if your "Steel Angel" has not yet arrived there is nothing wrong with doing a little research. Thing is, for the full blown metal CB expect to plunk down at least five hundred pounds, probably a bit more. Also, Neosteel has a bunch of gnarly options like the remote education shield, which is a remote controlled anal shock device. As far as I know Tollyboy has no such option as of yet. It all depends on what you want, and of course what she is willing to do. Some people are deathly afraid of electricity.
