I use myspace to keep up with old friends who are out of state, if you hide your friends list people quit sending you requests uless they know you.

Go to your friends list (through the "Friends" button on the sidebar), then click on the name or picture of the friend you want to remove. This will take you a "manage friend" screen where there will be a button to remove the "friend" from your list.

It would be nice if the button worked like the "Read Mail" button, only turning red when the user of the profile you are viewing has requested to be added as a friend.

2 have added me, now I show up on their profile, not sure I want my enemies knowing who my friends are LOL

And what a pain, the button doesnt seem to show up on the profile page only the front page, at least I hae yet to find it.  But then again half the buttons you see on a profile on the front pages doesnt carry over to the main profile.

I was not gonna push that button till I saw what it did and one of my friends sent a friend request.
