I've never done an online "meet & chat."  someone mentioned CM, and i thought i'd check this out.  remarkably have met a few very nice people, and the rest sort of falls in with what i recall AOL being back when.  i'm rather disappointed by the people HERE who write or IM to rather adamantly tell me my views on bdsm loving are "incorrect."  smile.   i also find that females, who instinctively "feel" more passionately regarding a desire to be a slave/owned, and embrace pain, seem reluctant to disclose thier hungers for fear of ridicule, and certainly becoming more vulnerable.  shame.

i am extremely passionate, intensively hungry, where my tastes for an intelligent and quite naturally passive slave (who also happens to truly embrace pain...the "real "pain slut", if you will...smile) is concerned.  the truly sweet, from head&heart female that finds it easy to worship her owner if love finds the two.  most of the women i meet at the beach, or the grocery store.  i though commonality would bring out a more candid, forthright environment from which relationships might be spawned.
but again, it's rather AOL.  to that sweet, slave, masochist who defines a loving style with her owner, regardless of what others might think, i am very open, candid, empathic, i think intuitive, certaily non-judgemental, and easy to talk with.  don't hesitate to say hello if we've
something in concert.  to those players and time killers who find thick humour in playing another's  feelings...do go away.  you'll not be met well.

thanks to CM, and those who keep it running best they can...with what they have...smile.
warmly,
Joshua
ps: why'd i get a vanillia cone???

That is a very intelligent and thought-out first post! I'm a noob to CM as well, we get vanilla cones because our post count is low. It changes through different numbers of posts made.

Here 12 days and unimpressed already? It's amazing isn't it, unlike the vanilla world, where partners are found well under 12 days. Oh well.

like any other site, (vanilla, lifestyle, whatever.) it has it's pluses and minuses.  Finding your ideal partner will take time, effort and patience.  In the mean time, get out and about. Explore real time events such as munches and parties.

The individual that thought I'd find CM interesting, was clearly tongue-in-cheek.  I meet women at the beach, the grocery, anywhere people congregate and a "hello" can be offered.  In fact, I find CM rather like I recall AOL, but with a "theme."  Do people have fun "chatting" here?  I'm sure.  Meet here?  Apparently.  Is there anyplace here, where like minds go to converse, introspectively, empathically, genuinely...smile. no.  But that's OK.   Demographics go from A-Z.   That's why I receive mail condeming me for being a sadist, or "using a woman as a slave."   Yes, I was expecting more here.  So it's bdsm theater.  S'ok.

Why doesn't everyone relax with thier interests?  I intend to be myself as I explore this bit of bandwidth.  Not maliciously, rather with humour and an open eye for an unexpected surprise.
I hope you all find your heart's desire...
Warmly,
Joshua
(hope i score lots of paddles...smirk. lynx, you might think about getting out and hunting the real world as well.)

Joshua, in my broad and extensive (Compuserve anyone) experience on the Internet as a whole, I have come to understand that there will always be people who react in the negative to no matter what you say. There will always be someone to complain that they wanted a bar of silver, not of gold. My goal in life is simply happiness. Those who want to play that game with me are welcome. All others are ignored.

This being my second post here on CM, the first was to say hello, I am sure I will be showered with love and adoration from all peoples involved. Good luck in your searches and grocery story purchases.

seraphimsphoto, i appreciate your waxing philosophic...if that was meant to help frame this.  but, my friend, i'm well aware of differences in people.  i'm hard to surprise now.  and, like you, i choose carefully...and i believe wisely.  i'm in a very good place, thanks...smile.  hope all are...but life is not fair.

venting my spleen here is not meant as condemnation, judgement, or in any form to demean anyone.  if you read that into my words, perhaps you are angrier than you think.  i'm simply "blogging",  if you will.  random thoughts.  interesting new place, and i write what i think and feel.  i do not ask your permission, nor do i ask your agreement.
that my thoughts evoke such intimate response does not surprise me.  i'm that new guy who drops in and spouts off. yeap...afraid so.  it's who i am, just as you must say what you must.  in the end, we are all prisoners of our pasts.  as freud so eloquently said, "the deprivations of childhood...become the obsessions of the adult."

my guess...were we to actually meet, and share our thoughts in a civil fashion, a very different skew would be had by all.  but in this very limited venue, too many assumptions make for too many differences.  if i have offended anyone, it was not with malicious intent.  should i again...smile...to hurt isnot my goal.  i enjoy committing ideas & feelings to words.  having said that i hope some kindred souls emerge.  i must admit too, i find this discourse fascinating.  best end is that everyone learns something, even a small change of paradigm is good.
until next time.
Peace & be well.
Joshua
