Sure, but what happened to the negotiation period... the fundementals of the relationship should have been discussed at length prior to any agreements having been made and I fail to see why there should be criticism if someone seeks a service orientated submissive. My own boy is an 'all rounder' and service is part of his role within our relationship. quote:
ORIGINAL: takenbyjohnr07 get the feeling that some Dominants and couples are just looking for someone to clean, do the launbdry and cook when they ask for submissives. This way they don't have to pay someone. Some of these profiles give me the feeling that they are just looking for cheap labor. i could be wrong. And if it is, then what? This is a site for adults, adults that presumably have the intelligence and forethought to make formulated decisions. If people didn't gain something from such exchanges, they would not be engaging in them for very long. quote:
ORIGINAL: takenbyjohnr07 The original topic was. It seems that some of the profiles i read give me the impression that they are just looking for some free labor. It is not a kink it is just a way to use some poor unsuspecting person so they don't have to pay a maid. I can achieve a great many things, but reading your lips is beyond me. You mentioned people being scammed, that would assume that they had been taken advantage of... At what point does a person enter into an agreement with another person without having discussed at length the fundementals of their role? So, instead of getting bristly, how about thinking a little differently and wondering why it is people are rash to enter into agreements without having done their groundwork? people will only take advantage of you if you open the door and invite them to. quote:
ORIGINAL: takenbyjohnr07 Read my lips. i posted about the person looking for cheap labor, taking advantage of someone eho is a sub or slave. This thread is not about how a sub or slave feels or what they like. It is about the people who try to scam them and take advantage of them without their knowledge. It has nothing to do with a person's kink. It is about being dishonest to someone who thinks you really want them as a sdub or slave. i don't know how else i can make this thread any clearer. Isn't the point of contributing to threads about reading others' perceptions as well as getting yours across? You already put yours across and others have tried to show you that there is a false logic in assuming people are being somehow scammed b/c they have accepted a person's invitation to become a service-orientated submissive for them. As for a special group, I have yet to see the evidence of that - it could be that I'm myopic without my reading glasses but if there is an existence of one, is a requirement of joining learning a secret masonic handshake? I'm up on Dan Brown but unlike Robert Langham, I doubt I'll be getting access to the Vatican's secret vaults anytime soon, so that's me up shit creek without a paddle! On a serious note, try not to take people's comments so personally. You can debate points, but the moment you get your back up and start with personal criticisms you then invite theirs. quote:
ORIGINAL: takenbyjohnr07 So lovely to see over half of the special group that never posts a thread on their own, but always hijacks or attacks someone else's. i guess those who can-do and those who can't try to make everone else look bad. i'm glad that you all don't get my threads. i would never ever be caught dead writing anything that your special group would understand. i don't think my brain is capable of thinking at that low of a level.
