because of a job offer out of state my Owner had to move to Texas. my sister slave(and best friend) went with him. because of circumstances beyond our control(having to find suitable housing so that it is wheelchair accessible, and other disability related factors as well as college related factors) I will not be able to move to be with them for about 2 years(I will visit for summers etc). I miss them horribly... I am having severe trouble functioning due to my sadness how do I cope? Please don't accusse my Owner of abandoning me that is not the case.

Focus on the time when the three of you will be together. Start planning and fantasizing of all the things you want to do together. Maybe purchase a new outfit or two. Start a journal if you don't already have one. Keep thinking positively and hopefully, the time will go by a lot quicker.

You have a future, so look forward to that.  Tell your Master when you are feeling low and keep him in the loop of how you feel.  Try and focus on different activities that will enhance your submission - something he might like.  Maybe take a cooking course, or art course and teach yourself.  Participate in forums like this or other activities back where you live.  Don't feel wrong because you feel down - it's perfectly natural to feel unable to cope, or as though you cant serve from a distance.  It's going to be hard, but never feel as though it's wrong to essentially 'mourn'.

thanks for the words of encouragement...I have found that CM has become a favorite past time to distract me. my Owner wishes me to find others to play with(we're poly) etc...I think I'm beginning to see the wisdom of his advice...that way my heart wouldn't feel as empty with them. i was just wondering why you sign your posts the dark.? To me it doesn't make sense, because every post of yours that i read is not only informative, but insightful and extremey  enlightning. In other words you brighten this site everytime you post and thanks for doing so. :)

I'm not darcy nor the dark but I believe they sign it the dark cause there's two of them using the one account and signing your name lets others know who's typing.
