Pretty, long-haired submissive men who also have a brain are a rare treasure.

But two outta three isn't bad, right?

Depends on which two.  Honestly, my preferences for everything except the brain are fairly shallow, and I'd easily ignore physical appearance completely in favor of intellect and personality.

This said, long hair on a submissive is definitely hot, especially when it is spilled around my feet like molten silk, or wantonly draped over otherwise naked and completely vulnerable owned flesh.  I will admit to being just a little bit shallow that way.  [;)]

DrkJourney -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/8/2008 3:57:56 PM)

Don't you dare cut your hair...I'd love to have a guy with hair like yours....actually I would love  two guys with long hair like yours.....kinda like stereo...a hot guy sandwich....a...er....what was the topic again?

gotta go, it got awfully hot in here......lol

You could have some fun with it. You could take the very same profile photo and photoshop in a way to make it obvious that it has been photoshopped. Then you could send that photo to her and say, "What now, my Grand Magnificent Mistress?" ;-)

Cheers,

Sea

I love undergroundsea's idea; let's see "what comes next". I wonder, how long is "normal length" & how come this human is the decider?

I agree with most everyone.  If they do not "own" you, they have no right to order you about.

And I adore long hair.... (I hear the familiar mantra in my head : Lady Jag does not have a hair fetish: repeat as needed until you believe it or fall down from laughing too hard)

Move on to the rest of the wonderful Dommes that would have you leave your hair as it is...

Lady Jag

Midgie -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/8/2008 6:44:28 PM)

I LOVE your long hair!!! I don't think it is right of anyone to aproach anyone like that. That's a pure lack of tact.

Seriously though. I LOVE your hair! *Drool*

Wickad -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/8/2008 7:35:49 PM)

(fast reply)

Greetings,

I have to say I do find the attitude expressed by the woman you contacted rather disturbing.  Either she is very new and thinks this is what is expected of her, or just terribly self absorbed and feels this type of obedience is her just desserts.

In either case, I must echo what many have said here and suggest that the OP simply delete and/or block her.  She is really not worth your time.

Wickad

PS - I'm not a fan of long hair on men but I do understand the work it takes to grow and maintain long hair.  Your hair, and your person, are your own until you decide to cead them to someone else.

So i guess one out of three is totally out, then [:D]

i definitely wouldn't suggest cutting your hair without first making certain that this person is actually female and not, say, a sasquatch. Then, you gotta do what you gotta do [&:]

MsCfromMelbourne -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/10/2008 2:59:19 AM)

My theory: this particular "Mistress" is really a bald man.

Right now, he is chuckling and muttering to himself "wonder if that idiot went and cut off his hair?"

There's a lot of men who love pretending to be women on the internet and do silly things like this to other men.  I have no idea why they think it is so clever and funny.  At least "she" didn't demand a tribute as well!

Just ignore the really, really stupid email.

Mizziness -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/10/2008 6:10:45 PM)

Firstly, your hair is gorgeous the way it is, and secondly, the world is full of asshole "Dom/mes" who think that just because they call themselves a Dom/me that they can then order anyone else around.  You are going to get hammered by unwanted responses...hell, I get more of them than I get anything else these days.  But don't let it get you down, and find someone who will appreciate you for who and what you are.  Just don't respond back, or block them, or both.

I'm sorry you had to deal with such things...I know many Dom/mes who would be proud of a pet with hair such as yours.  You'll find one who will be proud of your hair, if you keep looking and stay patient.

AtlantaMistress -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/10/2008 6:38:12 PM)

NOOOOOO - you have beautiful hair!

Not to mention - your appearance should not have anything to do with how well you serve your Mistress. I had a man contact me telling me he was told he resembled Harrison Ford. My reply -"if you serve me well and I am pleased with you - you could look like the Wookie!"

Remember - beauty is skin deep, but ugly goes to the bone [8D]

sunshinemiss -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/10/2008 7:28:48 PM)

I agree with the beautiful long haired comments (of course).... but I think there is another point here... You really ought not start out introducing yourself to a Domme by telling her you are willing to cut off your hair.  Look, I'm willing to do a lot of things for a Dom, too, but I'm not going to list them in my first email to them.  Be who you are, there will be many (as you've seen) who will absolutely adore your hair.. and other things about you.  If you find your One, then the issue can come up.. until then, bah... don't bother with the fools.

Let me introduce you to the "block" button, a subbie's best friend.  "block", this is JBristol... JBristol, "block".... now go make nice with each other.

peace

MisPandora -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/10/2008 7:33:20 PM)

All that comment was is her saying, "I prefer cleancut men.  If you were to become clean-cut, then you can reapproach."  If you don't intend to do that, thank her for the reply and move on.  We all have our preferences as to what we find aesthetically pleasing.

LadyPact -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/10/2008 8:02:24 PM)

If for some insane reason you do chose to cut your hair, I would ask only one small thing.  Leave the picture of the long hair up so those of Us who have a serious hair thing can still think of the delights of running Our fingers through it, stroking it, or pulling it should the mood strike Us.  I could spend hours just thinking of the pleasure of playing with it.

Does anyone have a towel for the drool, or the other bodily fluids?

Seriously, dear.  Keep the hair and welcome to the forums.

AtlantaMistress -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/11/2008 2:19:51 AM)

Lady Pact,

Not only do I agree (and already said as much) but I think this boy should be on the receiving end of your whip should he cut that beautiful mane! [:-]

Point taken and appreciated, sunshinemiss.
But let me hasten to add that ive never started out by introducing myself to a Domme stating that i would cut my hair. i have once, possibly twice at the most, out of countless messages, used it as an illustrative point to people seeking a 24/7 sub,and only because they had had very strict criteria of what they were looking for and i didnt want the  hair to be something that might sway them from even considering getting to know me.(lol they never replied though anyway!!)

i happen to be quite fond of my hair, love to have it pulled, and find it gives a Domme something to get a good hold of. And my ideal Domme would appreciate it.

but i understand completely your point and will take it on board.
ty,
j

LadyHathor -> RE: Presumptuous?? (1/11/2008 6:25:43 AM)

I always find it amusing when a Dominant's opening gambit is to start barking orders--especially online--pppffffttt
 I find it sad when a submissive has so little concept that they start to follow those orders from the get go.

You will find so many people in this life are power hungry--and I use the term here loosely---and feel that gives them the right to be abusive, nasty, arrogant and obnoxious--you can bet they don't have a life.

IMHO, no that is not appropriate, its a perfect time for block and delete---and remember you may be submissive, but you are not A submissive until you have chosen a Dominant and they have chosen you.

" When you are under My control, you have no right to choose, however you ALWAYS have the right to choose to be under My control".

and I wish you weren't in the UK, <smiles>.
