Hi. My name is Cilla and I feel almost ridiculous right now..I know it will pass..but nonetheless, after reading all the very well written and stable introductions, I feel a tad out of place.

I'm 39, divorced, with 2 children. I was in a r/t M/s relationship for the past 3 years, of which my Master decided that women age too fast for him and he has traded me in for a younger model. So...I'm a basketcase.

I'm not sure why I joined here. A friend sent the link and said..."you need this. join". so I have. I'm scared to death, have no clue what I'm doing, and feel like I am odd man out.

I have started playing around in gorean r/p and for the most part it is a good substitute for the empty hole in my heart right now. I'm having trouble with being told I keep screwing up but have a very good Owner that when He sees I'm having trouble with it, steps in to build me up a bit. I'm finding I do enjoy Gor even though it's just online.

I hope I haven't offended anyone. I have been told many times I give out too much information and I'm too honest.  And even though I'm having a hard time of things, life is still wonderful...I just seem to need a bit of a kickstart.

Okay, so that's me. Have a great day.

Don't worry, Cilla, we were all newbies at one time. This is a friendly place, full of people who've been
there, done that and bought the t-shirt, so if you have questions you're surrounded by experts. Ask,
explore and you'll soon feel right at home.

Be well, be happy...be careful.

The Bard.

Hi Cilla!!  And welcome!!

I'm sure you'll fit right in.  You seem like a sweetheart.

I do have a little bit of unsolicited advice, however.  Because you are so vulnerable right now and still healing from your last go around, it would be wise to lick your wounds a bit longer before thinking about interacting with someone with the intent of possible ownership.  Although this site, and the lifestyle, may seem like a pond full of goldfish, there ARE sharks in the water and they love to prey on vulnerable submissives.  In fact, your past owner sounds like one of them.  What responsible Dominant would take on a submissive, knowing her age, just to dump her when his whim suits him.  Just a note of caution.  Perhaps you could use this site to find mentorship from other submissives, and Dominants alike, to help you sort through things and what to look for that would indicate "responsible" Domination.

Other than that.  HAVE FUN!!  And, it is nice to meet you.
