camille65 -> Windows Error Message? (1/8/2008 4:26:37 PM)

I admit it, I'm very low tech. Yesterday while on Yahoo with R and camming I got an error message. It takes a multitude of 'ok' clicks for it to go and it keeps coming back.  EVR Fullscreen Window: Windows - Bad ImageException Processing Message 0xc000007b Parameters 0x75C7023C 0x75CN023C 0x75C7023C  I have no idea how to fix 'stuff'. Can anyone please help? The message stays on the top of everything and won't stay gone [&:](please use small itsy bitsy words with any assistance, thank you most kindly)

Camille,
i'm so techno-retarded there out to be a law against it.....Having said that, have You recently upgraded IE?

camille65 -> RE: Windows Error Message? (1/8/2008 5:03:23 PM)

I use Avant not IE, does that make a difference? Grrrrrr this error message is annoying because I keep having to move it around to read stuff.

MasDom -> RE: Windows Error Message? (1/8/2008 5:14:09 PM)

I usually reinstall, install all the needed requirements like java, IE which I cant any more cause of windows 98, Direct X also cant upgrade any more, flash, and a few others, then it usually clears up eventually.
  Some times I realized that my back drop photo went bad, and then I have to go through my start click options to go to the part were it lists file associations, and see if that got screwed up some how.

Always a pain.

Are you running windows Vista???
and have itunes installed??  try reinstalling itunes

if you switched from using windows media play to using Real player as the default player  it sounds like you are screwed until windows comes out with a fix for the problem because switching back to the windows player won't repair the problem

I googled "EVR Fullscreen Window" it seems a lot of people are having the same difficulties and are on tech forums and the window vistas site trying to find solutions  and other than the itunes reload which helped a couple people  the rest are at a lost on how to fix

found something but will post the link rather than try to explain as I am computer illiterate http://www.howtofixcomputers.com/forums/windows-vista/evr-fullscreen-window-bad-image-48676.html

Uhoh I think I'm screwed. Yes I'm running Vista Home Premium and yes... I changed the default player. I Googled it as well but I didn't understand all the tech speak, I was hoping that I was misunderstanding allllllll the people having the same problem with no fix but I guess I was wrong.
Thanks Maya. I will reinstall ITunes tomorrow and hope that helps. So far tonight after restarting my laptop it hasn't popped up, is it possible that it is tied into Yahoo IM? It seems to pop up when I am logged in there but it is quite possible I'm listening to music or doing other programs at the same time.
