I think you might find this interesting...
I know someone that fits at least half of those qualities. This person and me both share some conditions dealing with depression and we have gone to groups together. The thing is I work at my issues hard but she always seems to be stuck at where I began.
She is very pretty and feminine and comes across as inocent, helpless, shy, and sweet. Everyone who originally meets her sees her as thoughtful, friendly, and upbeat but those, like me who gets to know her, sees the side she doesn't show others.
You notice how she likes others to take care of her because of her helplessness and she likes others to take her places, buy her stuff, do the calling and asking etc But when it comes time for her to give back you see how nasty she really is by making you feel like crap she will say things like
'you actually expect me to have time for you with all thats going on in my life?'
and after we had plans and i came all the way over to see her saying
'well sorry but i was depressed and now im busy but i had things going on'
etc
