I am curious if any of you have seen the movie "Blind Beast" - Japanese title "Môjû" (1969) I found it over the weekend on one of the ON Demand channels that Time Warner Cable offers (it could be Max or Showtime ON Demand) and I enjoyed it immensely. It wasn’t a gore fest, which I thought it would be. It was more psychological than visual and quiet honestly the direction and the writing did make me feel connected to both characters--the “beast” and the beautiful “victim”. It was beautifully tragic.

I really wanted to watch it now that you raved about it but I only get the regular in demand channels not showtime or max.

That sucks! Seriously, it's a wonderful movie and if you can find it any where it is worth the money to purchase it. It is right up there with Takashi Miike films, if you've seen any of his--this isn't nearly as gory, but it's still beautiful.
