Well, I thought the previous stretching of the tissues might make it easier- like how much easier the latter two were pushed out. My body has a memory of something very large passing through the area. (ugh!) Although the last one was 11 1/2 yrs ago......

i think it relies on relaxation. let's gace it, if the vagine is designed to birth a baby it is definitely desigbed for fisting.
It also depends on His techniique.
One, two, three, four fingeers and easy does it and then to tuck the thumb inside the otther fingers and rotate the hand really really slowly.
look I can't just type quite well and think about this at the same time......

Status: offline 		All I can say is........wasn't that painful?????? I mean, I love pain in certain ways, of course. But, I've never been fisted, & have always wondered what the attraction was. It just seems that it would be painful in the way that is NOT good. I'm obviously misteken, but I would love to know what it feels like, if anyone can describe it to me.

Status: offline 		Congrats on your first fisting...........and finding out what those of us who have done it before know..........how absolutely amazing it is.  For me, it's easily the most intense experience I've ever had.  The feelings are so strong.  I can barely talk and find it almost hard to breathe.  I'm off somewhere so deep in subspace that I just get lost in it.  The deeper the fisting, the more intense the feelings are.  And the orgasms are just off the charts, especially when I can feel my ass clamping down around the fist during my orgasm.  I've damn near passed out from them.  Hope you continue to fist and enjoy it!!

If you bleed a little, it's not a big deal (though make sure to clean up well and don't do anything else till it's healed, even "light" stuff or other penetration), if it's a tear at the opening.  If you are bleeding from inside, then again, if it's jsut a little, no big deal, but stop, and take it easy till it heals (which may be a while), and if there is soreness inside or any pain or blood in stool (if anally) then you need to go see a doctor as it could be bad.  However, if it's done with patience and PLENTY of lube, there shouldn't be any problems.

As for describing it.. it's really, really indescribable.  It's enough to simply say it's wonderful for me, if you haven't tried, you really should, male, female, vaginally, anally, whatever before passing judgement.  Cause... yeah.  I'd put lots of smilies, but Miss frowns on them so, I'll just say the thoughts of it make me grin stupidly, and I was so deep in subspace every time, I can't even remember clearly.

It may be that you have very thin vaginal walls.. easily tearing.  You aren't saying whether the bleeding lasts a few minutes.. or goes on and on where you need a sanitary napkin.  You might also be tearing at your perineum.  Try your best to figure out WHERE you're bleeding from.. if that makes sense.
 
There was one time when I was brutalized by a jackass - screaming for him to stop - he cut me internally and I needed to be cauterized by my OBGYN the following afternoon to stop the bleeding.  I was mortified, angry and hurting.  Thank goodness my OBGYN is "lifestyle" friendly and was understanding and sympathetic.
 
Go slowly.. to avoid tearing... slowly may simply mean you DON'T take the entire fist for a few times of trying.  Email me if you want to discuss in more detail..  All the best to you!

Status: offline 		Congrats! I know I love it when Master fists me. I guess it's a bit different for women in the options department but I can never get enough when my Master is in me. Never. It's the most unique feeling, much different from His length. Here's to many more good experiences with it! Amen to trying new things.

Status: offline 		Congratulations! I LOVE fisting... both giving and receiving but I haven't tried anally.

For those who haven't done it (or not much)... LUBE IS YOUR FRIEND!!! Use lots and lots and lots and keep applying, especially around the widest part of your hand and up to your wrist.

Take it really really slowly... it may sound silly but make sure your hand is not actually fisted while you're going in... face the palm upwards with all your fingers pointing towards the vagina... thumb included and bunched as tightly together as possible.

Breathing is so important as is taking your time.

Use slow and gentle pushes in all directions to relax the muscles and allow more in... make it kind of like a wave motion... don't be thrusting in and out too much... come out a little with each wave but keep the general motion going inwards... but feel free to pull back more if it's painful.

Communication with her is absolutely essential... if she says stop you must stop... even if she is pushing you to do it quicker you must keep it slow to give her muscles time to relax properly and it can be a good way of teasing and controlling if she's really aching for more anyway. *grin*

The hardest part is when the bit across the 4 knuckles has to go it and when the bottom thumb knuckle goes in so as much as possible reduce the size and how angular this is by scrunching your hand tight at those points.

It should suddenly hit a point when there's less outward pressure from the vagina and the whole fist should slide in... when this happens push upwards slightly rather than directly in... there's more room and it'll hurt less

At that point it's a good idea to stop pushing for a second while her head explodes from the sudden sensations... give her a moment to enjoy that then very very slowly start pushing or rubbing or rotating your hand... the smallest and slowest movement at this stage will keep her right up there... but pushing too much or suddenly can make it really hurt and uncomfortable... also waiting still for too long can make her want to stop.

Slowly build up how big your hand is in there and how much you're pushing and how much movement you have to see what feels good and what she can take... or you can just keep it constant and relatively small and keep her on a real plateau.

Coming out is really important too... try not to wait too long in a still position after you decide to stop coz the muscles will close back in a bit especially if she's contracting after those lovely orgasms you just gave her... also good for her to still be on a bit of an endorphin rush to overcome any pain coming out.

Reverse the process of going in... slowly at first if there's much resistance... once you get over the widest point in your hand again it's a good idea to do that last bit a bit quicker to come out... but you can try leaving the tips of your fingers there to combat some of that "empty" feeling.
