was watching a video and I saw a toy I wasn't sure about. it looked like one of those long red bbq lighters, but gave out a spark at the end of it when it was touched close to the skin. is that a cattle prod? I thought they were a lot bigger. thanks for helping me decipher this.

I can't see the link but it sounds as though it's the tazapper, one of my favorite toys.
