Yes, this is exactly it.  Many women, even in their 20s have spent years upon years coloring, bleaching, curling and straightening their hair; also, women are honestly more likely to blow dry and tease their hair than men.  All of this has the potential to dry, thin and all-around weaken your hair.  Guess what women, gray hair can be hot; and most blondes look best as blondes. brunettes look best as brunettes etc...  If you ask me, most everybody looks best with their natural, unenhanced color (and yes Ma'am, You know that this is directed at You as well).

Personally, i spent some time dying my hair blue-black like my mother's natural hair color; and then, after a major accident, i had woke up with two pure white witches' locks from my temples.  I absolutely freaked and was horribly self-conscious.  For the next 5 years i dyed my hair to it's natural brown color to cover it up, losing the also natural streaks of red and blonde that my hair has in the process.  When finally i let my hair grow out to it's natural color, those witches' locks were gone and now i would give almost anything to have them back.  I do now have plenty of white in my hair, spaced out to not be obvious; but i'm not tempted to color because of that.

A couple of months ago there was a suspension bondage scene at Confessional (in St Kilda, Melbourne). 

The Dom does fabulous Japanese bondage.  His beautiful partner was naked and suspended with one foot barely touching the floor, the other leg up high and both her hands behind her back.

She was gagged with one of those metal retractor things so her lips were pulled back, her mouth forced open and her head back.  She looked like a beautiful bird.

She screamed "no" and was shaking her head.  He grabbed another handful close to the scalp and chopped it off.

She wailed through the retractor gag, shook her head furiously and tried to kick her Dom with her one free leg.  But he kept cutting out clumps.  Hair kept drifting to the floor.

I think every woman in the audience was clutching her own hair saying "OMG!".   The more the sub wailed NO the more hair he cut.  We were gob smacked and asking eachother "has she consented?  Did she forget to make her hair a hard limit?"

Did he have consent?  Of course.  She was going to hairdressers the next day for a crew cut. 

Did they well and truly mid f*ck their audience?  Absolutely!
