Make a long story short, other than the social and biological differences, you will more commonly find femdoms with a large number of male submissive partners than male doms with a large number of female submissive partners. It's easy, uncomplicated and safe for a female dominant to do casual, nonsexual play with lots of submissive men, so that's the most common pattern. Certainly I'd be willing to tie up and spank someone long before I would be willing to have intercourse with them, or even any other sexual contact.
If we're talking about a primary partner situation, like a femdom marriage, I'd say that most male slaves would be well and thoroughly used under those circumstances. If you own property, why not fully use it?
Mind you, if I had one slave who was fit and trim and pretty, not to mention intelligent and creative, who knew well how to move gracefully and seductively, and another who was hairy and balding with a potbelly, sincere and devoted but neither brilliant nor creative, guess which one I'd be using for which kind of service. No big surprise there. If you're not obviously made for sexual use, you might be better off taking a closer look at yourself to figure out why you don't irresistably tempt any dommes to use you that way.
