I recently got my girl a pair of thigh high 5 inch heels from Dressed2Play, and she's a size 14. They fit beautifully and we're quite happy with 'em.

Check out http://www.divine.co.uk/ this is the company that the movie Kinky Boots was based on. They have a great selection of boots in larger sizes and I think they still do custom work as well.

Oh and did i mention i've NEVER paid more that 20.00 for a pair whether it boots or heels. Usually Jante or pleasure stuff, some Dallas. And always check out the specials section, i got a pair of silver gogo boots a month ago for 4.50, loots great with my silver zentai suit;)

Size 12 is no problem. Look ebay first. Then amazon.com.  Nordstrom.com has many size 12 boots.
