I am both LER and LEE.......as the LEE I am a no mercy no limit no safe word tickle victim. I am extremely ticklish and need to be tied down for I struggle beg and scream for mercy yet NEVER have been broken or made to cry out a safe word or ........be tickled into loosing control(If you knwo what I mean).
My wife who is also a switch, tickle tortures me mercilessly every chance she gets!(and vise versa for that matter).
I have no limits when it comes to unmerciful tickle torture! Even when gang tickled!

I can attest to this, as one who has witnessed him being gang tickled and even participated in attempting to break him. It would give me GREAT pleasure to see this man finally broken. He has broken me several times.

Love, love, love being tickled. Being a very tactile guy, it's one of the most fun and most humiliating and most simple forms of play I know.
