NO. I do believe you transposed body parts starting with the letter P.   You might consider that keeping one's pipes cleaned might help reduce the risk of PROSTATE cancer. 
As a side note...my older brother had a vasectomy years ago; then a prostatectomy (for prostate cancer). He is surviving nicely. However when I asked him about orgasm and ejaculation...he said since there is no fluid reservoir nor sperm conduit, he simply has a dry shiver when orgasming. Seems nice and clean for oral spurt-o-phobes.

My ex-hub has a vasectomy and could still spurt, no sperm, just the drizzle.

ps - the head smack above was for the mistaken pancreas for prostate.  I was wondering what kind of whacked out (pardon the pun) anatomy had the pancreas and doodads next to each other, much less connected.  [8|]

Likewise, I had a vasectomy 25 years ago. It's the prostate's fluid we ejaculate. At 56, I find it's still  more than a drizzle; less than a splooge-fest..

I don't know whether he was joking or not, but it gave him an excuse, anyway.

ROFL.

No, this was a different doctor who treated me for a prostrate infection 3 years ago, due to an ex lover's neglect in trimming their fingernails! The doc said he sees that alot from married men who's wife is in the late stages of pregnancy and the hubby isn't jerking off to relieve his tension when sex is a no no.

i don't know if it is true or not... i do know that i learned how to give prostate massages thanks to a Guy i was once with.  He claimed that it lead to a healthy prostate and less risk of cancer.  The fluid that he ejaculated during the massages was definitely different from the seminal fluid he usually ejaculated.  ~shrug~  but i'm just a girl, what do i know about semen or prostates[;)]  lol   Maybe he was just saying that so i would stick a finger up his butt [8D]
