Status: offline 		I hate feeling stupid.  The only thing worse is feeling more stupid for feeling stupid about something stupid that there was no need to feel stupid about.

Status: offline 		I feel stupid at least once a day; I call them my "Duh!" or "Doh!" moments. "Duh!" for when it takes me forever to finally realize something and "Doh!" for when I do something. I like to think of it as just another quirk of mine, otherwise I probably would have shot myself by now to put myself out of my own misery of dealing with me, lol.

what about feeling stupid for something truly stupid you did?  i had one of those this morning and i can laugh now, but earlier i was wondering what i was under the influence of.

Wow.  Okay, that does help me feel a little less stupid. 

btw, this morning started out with this sad scenario (but this is not the stupidity in question): When you really need your coffee... so badly that you forget to put the grounds in and end up with hot smelly water... you know it is going to be a very long day.

Status: offline 		the other morning it was very early and dark still when i was on my way to work.  i was stopped at a red light and was waiting and looked down at my dash board display to the light that said i was in "drive", well that light is green...the blonde in me thought "oh, green means go!"  so off i went through the intersection and of course there was a cop who snagged me for going through the still red light.  i was laughing so hard when  he walked up to my window and when i told him what happened he told me i better stop and get coffee and make it quick, he waved me off while laughing and shaking his head.

Haha, that's a good one.  Reminds me of my drivers license test... we were pulling back into the DMV, I'd passed with a 90 out of 100, she was signing the paper... when I mixed up the gas and the brake when easing into a parking place!  Luckily I was lined up really well between the cars on my side as I punched the gas and caught the brake just in time to aviod smashing the car on the other side of the row.  I grabed that signed paper and high-tailed it outa there!
