Yes, since I was a child

TPBM has some vegetables they enjoy from the garden, but not from the store.

Not usually. I like gardening, but there are only some things I can grow.

Not at all.  i like meat, poultry, fish, and dairy too much.

Yep.  Cooked it myself for just me.  Broiled steak, pan-fried potatoes with Herbs de Provance and olive oil, fresh Brussel sprouts in butter sauce, browned nicely after steaming.  Dessert?  Vanilla ice cream with shredded pinapple and a touch of brandied apple dessert sauce.

TPBM got to see great fire-works.
