False, but I DO leave "Miss You" cards in Master's folded laundry when He leaves.

TPBM got roses today

greenie -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/12/2005 10:46:35 PM)

False. It's been years since anyone has given me flowers.

TPBM went for a swim today.

CalliopePurple -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/12/2005 11:30:15 PM)

False. I might live in Florida, but I'm still about an hour from the beach. And it's getting too damn cold to swim anyways.

TPBM loves winter.

MadameDahlia -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/12/2005 11:46:25 PM)

Absolutely!! Especially somewhere far away from here.

The Person Beneath Me dislikes California because of their weather (maybe as much as I do!)

pinkpleasures -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/13/2005 7:07:51 AM)

i dunno anything about California, LOL.

TPBM has met Someone.

pinkpleasures

greenie -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/13/2005 11:55:03 AM)

Not sure, just seeing where things go.

TPBM doesn't need an alarm clock to wake up.

oldnewbie2 -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/13/2005 12:59:05 PM)

True. I don't wake up. "La vida es un sueño, y los sueños, sueños son".

TPBM likes to watch wild animals doing wild animal stuffs.

Edited to add the quotation marks.

True. I used to live in an area of the desert where there was a lot of wildlife. And I miss it.

TPBM has saved and nurtured a wild animal.

Kindred2Evil -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/13/2005 2:51:53 PM)

True, there are several chipmunks around here who can thank me for saving them from my cat by leaving my flower beds alone! LOL

TPBM has a soft spot for older animals.

CalliopePurple -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/13/2005 5:31:56 PM)

True. The old stray cat that comes in and out of the house is the most adorable thing, even though he's missing a few teeth and his ears are kinda shredded from fights. His meow and purr when I give him attention are more satisfying than a kittens.

TPBM has had to euthanize an older pet.

Pavel -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/13/2005 5:45:26 PM)

Two of them to be exact, my only cat (I'm allergic to them, but the cat predated me being born, so it got to stay) when I was 16, and our 15 year old chinchilla (which is like Jessie Helms-old for rodents). We also had to put down one of our older dogs because the poor thing was suffering from some kind of cancer, so 3 total of you count him.

TPBM's pets have figured out how to open doors

Semi-true. Otis and Daisy (the cats) can sometimes open certain cabinets, but not real doors. However, the little one (Daisy) has figured out how to knock out the window screens, so I can no longer leave the windows wide open. Not a problem now, but next Spring I will have to engineer a better way to attach the screens. Pain in the ass.

TPBM thinks it's okay for cats to jump up and walk around on tables, counters, etc.

Not a chance, and my four know better than to even try it!

(To Pavel - Master and I lost His 10-yr-old Lab to osteosarcoma (aka bone cancer) in May, 2004. He succumbed frighteningly fast, despite aggressive treatment.)

TPBM wishes they could adopt every stray they find.

ChainedAngel -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/14/2005 2:40:27 AM)

True; I prefer hentai with multitentacled demons.

TPBM is a closet scifi geek.

Kindred2Evil -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/14/2005 5:24:03 AM)

True, okay I read Isaac Asimov's Foundation Trilogy at 9 and loved it lol

TPBM Knows who Laurell K. Hamilton is (without cheating and looking her up on the net LOL)

Oumae -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/14/2005 8:11:21 AM)

false

TPBM doesn't cheat ever!

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/14/2005 9:41:17 AM)

False. Don't cheat on mates, but large corporations and certain government agencies are fair game.

TPBM loves to read.

greenie -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (10/14/2005 11:29:44 AM)

i ABSOLUTELY love to read and can read a few books a week, one of the benefits of being a stay at home mom lol.

TPBM hasn't been posting much on the boards lately.
